Three ways we can tell your story.
• WHAT WE OFFER
Fully bespoke
The Mini Doc
A short-form documentary film built entirely around you. We spend time with your team, understand your mission, and craft something that genuinely reflects who you are. No scripts handed to you. No stock aesthetic. Just honest, beautifully made film.
Tailored to your audience
Social Storytelling
Short, scroll-stopping content that's rooted in your real story — not a content calendar template. We find the moments, the voices, and the angles that your audience will actually stop for.
Freelance commission
Franky, for hire
Need a director, producer, shooter, or editor with real documentary instincts? Franky is available for independent commissions — bringing BAFTA-nominated craft and years of incredible storytelling to your project.
A storytelling agency built on one belief.
• WHAT IS TWENTY-SEVEN FRAMES?
Twenty-Seven Frames was founded in London in 2024 with a single belief: that the organisations doing the most important work in the world deserve stories told with the same craft, care, and intention as any big-budget production.
We work exclusively with charities, nonprofits, and independent businesses — the makers, advocates, and change makers who have something real to say and need the right voice to say it.
We are not a production company that takes briefs and delivers videos. We are a storytelling agency that listens, understands, and builds something entirely bespoke — from the first conversation to the final frame.
No templates. No off-the-shelf packages. No generic output. Just honest, purposeful filmmaking that feels unmistakably like you.
01
Authenticity over polish
The most powerful films aren't the most expensive ones. They're the ones that feel true.
02
Every story is bespoke
No two organisations are the same — so no two films should be either. Built entirely around you.
03
Impact over impressions
We're not chasing views. We're making films that move the right people to think, feel, and act differently.
• THE FOUNDER
The person behind the agency
Born and raised in Oxfordshire, I studied Film at De Montfort University before completing a Masters in Journalism at NYU.Born and raised in Oxfordshire, I studied Film at De Montfort University before completing a Masters in Journalism at NYU. I spent my early career across newsrooms, documentary sets, and production companies — and now I make films about the things I'm truly passionate about.
I started Twenty-Seven Frames because I kept seeing a gap. Small charities and independent businesses have the most compelling stories — and the least resources to tell them well. I wanted to change that.
My work has been BAFTA-nominated, won Best Documentary Director at the Bedford Film Festival, and broadcast to audiences across the UK. But the projects I'm most proud of are the ones that helped a small organisation find their voice and use it.
When I'm not filming, I'm probably hunting down a photo booth somewhere in London.
